This 3 bedroom 2 bath home underwent a full remodel on the main level. Three small rooms were opened up into 1 large fluid living space. Correct lighting spotlights the wonderful improvements we made to the home. This project was a LOT of fun. The homeowner is a great friend and we learned a lot. Every wall we opened presented new challenges. NOTHING was straight or square in this house! From reframing the entire ceiling in the kitchen and dining to eliminate the load bearing walls without awkward headers or beams to leveling the horrible subfloor - quite the fun project!
